Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of WorkEasier (the “Service”), operated by WorkEasier.app (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@workeasier.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

4.1 Subscription Plans

The Service offers paid subscription plans as described on our pricing page. Plan features and pricing may change with notice as described in Section 4.5.

4.2 Billing and Renewal

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan) until canceled. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method automatically at the start of each billing period.

4.3 Free Trials

If we offer a free trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before it ends.

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access until then. Except where required by law (see Section 4.6 for EU/UK users), we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods.

4.5 Price Changes

We may change subscription pricing. We will provide at least 30 days’ notice before any price increase takes effect for existing subscribers. Continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

4.6 Right of Withdrawal (EU/UK/EEA Users)

If you are located in the EU, UK, or EEA, you generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a digital subscription purchase without giving a reason. By beginning to use a paid feature immediately upon subscribing, you acknowledge that you expressly request immediate access and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, waive your withdrawal right once the service has been fully performed. Where required by law, we will honor withdrawal requests submitted within 14 days for unused services.

4.7 Taxes

Prices may not include applicable taxes (such as VAT, GST, or sales tax). Where required, we will calculate and collect applicable taxes based on your billing location.

4.8 Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we may suspend or limit your access to paid features until payment is resolved. We may retry failed payments and will attempt to notify you before suspending access.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users’ accounts
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service, except as permitted by law
• Use the Service to transmit malware, spam, or harmful content
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our written permission
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without authorization

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these provisions.

6. Your Content and Data

You retain ownership of any data, content, or materials you upload or submit to the Service (“Customer Data”). You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and display your Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to any Customer Data you upload, and that it complies with applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, trademarks, and content (excluding Customer Data), is owned by WorkEasier.app and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or branding.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g., payment processors, email providers). We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services, which are governed by their own terms.

9. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any unavailability or interruption of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or for other reasonable business or legal reasons, with notice where practicable. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and discontinuing use of the Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, though provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive (e.g., intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification) will continue to apply.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WorkEasier.app SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WorkEasier.app from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Mexico, United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

If you are a consumer based in the EU, UK, or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protections, nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice (such as by email or in-app notification) before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
